If the costs increase during the trial, will it affect the pecuniary limits of the court dealing with the matter?

I instituted a suit against Miss A for Rs. 1,80,000. During the proceedings, the cost went up by Rs. 1,40,000 due to reasons such as payment of legal representatives, travel expenses etc. Would there be a change in the court dealing with our matter?

I entered into a contract with Mayuri on 12th November for the supply of 1 lakh chocolate bars before 12th December. He failed to comply with the conditions of the contract due to which I suffered a loss of Rs 10 lakhs. Which court has the pecuniary jurisdiction to decide the case?

What are my options if the time taken by court to resolve an issue is highly unfeasible for me?

My father was cheated by my uncle in business affairs that caused my father a huge loss in business. He was not even able to strive in the business. He sued my uncle for the cheating but the court is taking much time in the resolution of the issue. Our condition is getting worse day by day. How can we get the court to speed up the issue?

Can a district court be approached for revocation of acceptance after the performance of contract worth Rs 5.5 crores?

I had a piece of land worth Rs. 5 crores. I sold it to Shefali for Rs. 5.5 crores, later on it is discovered that the land is not fit for agricultural purposes. Shefali wishes to revoke the sale and hence in pursuance of the same files a suit in the district court. Is she right in doing so?

Can the judgement of a High Court be challenged once its pecuniary jurisdiction has been changed?

A day after the Delhi High Court gave its judgments regarding my suit with the value of Rs. 50 lakh the pecuniary jurisdiction of the district court of Delhi was increased from 20 lakh to 20 crores. The defendant decided to raise the issue of pecuniary jurisdiction of the High Court that decided the case. Will he succeed?

Which court will have the pecuniary jurisdiction to try a case for taking over a property worth Rs 2.3 crore?

Anchal misrepresented himself to be the owner of the property. She sold the property to Amrita. Later on, the actual owner of the property, Sukanya sued Amrita for taking over her property by using illegal means. She sued for an amount of Rs. 2.3 crore. Which court has the pecuniary jurisdiction to try the case?

Can I sue my boss for the medical expenses incurred to treat the injuries suffered due to her negligence?

I worked in a factory owned by Nikita and according to the terms of our contract I was supposed to get 1 lakh as compensation for the injuries that I sustained during the course of my employment. One day, I was injured due to the negligence of Nikita and had to be taken to the hospital where Rs. 35 lakhs were my medical expenses. Can I sue Nikita for the amount? If yes, in which court?
